Welcome to Perrin Wellness and Performance. 

Hello and welcome! My name is Emily and I am so glad you are here. I am a former DI athlete, former DI coach and current Mindfulness and Performance Coach.  I am also a Social Worker and Mental Health therapist who is passionate about helping people from all walks of life be the best they can be.

The foundation of my work is  connecting with people in ways that help them gain new insight, build resiliency and then feel empowered to get a little better at navigating this crazy thing called life.

It is my honor to partner with athletes, coaches and sport organizations through Mindfulness, Mental Health and Resiliency work. Here is what I aim to do through my work:   

 

  • Create connection for athletes, coaches and sport organizations rooted in inclusion, authenticity, empathy and compassion.  

  • Facilitate spaces where education, awareness and curiosity can take place around mental health, mindfulness and resiliency.

  • Empower and support athletes, coaches and sport organizations to use their insight, learning and connection to access both individual and collective all encompassing health and success.
