¬†‚ÄúI have had the privilege of working with Emily at my current program at Villanova University and my previous program at Campbell University. She has made a resounding impact with our team and individuals in our teams.¬† She understands there‚Äôs not a one size fits all mindset when it comes to a student-athletes mental journey. She also understands and can relate the competitive and the human aspect to their experience.¬† We have found that her ability to teach our players to navigate stress, to understand it, appraise it, and address it, has provided significant short term benefits to our student athletes health and well being, as well as long term benefits to their competitive nature.‚ÄĚ

-Samar Azem, Head Coach, Villanova Women's Soccer

‚ÄúEmilys workshop on Mindfulness was amazing. The biggest takeaway was the importance of the ‚Äúspace‚ÄĚ between stimulus and response and how we have the power to dictate and control that response when anything happens. Our student-athletes loved the session and we cannot wait to put this to practice and implement it into our lives!‚ÄĚ

"Working with Emily has been instrumental to my success on and off the field. Good athletes train their body and skill, great ones train their brain. Addressing the mental side of sports has allowed me to stay grounded and relaxed in high pressure moments."

-Rowyn Nurry, 2025 Cornell Lacrosse Commit, Salesianum High School

"Emily has really shown me what it means to be mindful of my actions and to keep track of my thoughts... she’s also helped me organize all of this while I am transitioning in to my college career."

-Val Edwards Jr.,  UNC Football

‚ÄúEmily Perrin has done significant work with our NCAA varsity teams, club teams, coaches/staff and our LEAD program (Captains and Emerging Leaders) during the past several years.¬† Emily has impacted and changed the culture in our athletics programs and staff. The thoughtfulness, guidance, knowledge, trust and respect that Emily has provided while working with our department has truly been inspiration and monumental. Her approach is innovative which has allowed our student athletes to not only grow but to be able to have self-reflection to better themselves on and off the field. Emily Perrin is a game changer in every fashion.‚ÄĚ
