The Nervous System Resiliency Program
A 90 day program designed to help athletes build resiliency through nervous system flexibility
Our 1 on 1 program uses an education and experiential based model to support athletes in building flexible and regulated nervous systems. We partner with athletes to address nervous system dysregulation by reducing challenges with sleep, recovery and chronic stress while enhancing performance through mental, emotional and body based skills. The goal of this program is to build your overall resiliency for both sport and life.

"Over the last few years, Nervous system training has become an integral part of my daily routine, and it has allowed me to be at my physical best and my mental best on the field. Welcome!
I'm Emily. A former DI athlete and former DI coach. I navigated chronic and debilitating anxiety and panic attacks for almost 20 years. This Nervous System Resiliency Program for athletes comes from a deep place of knowing, lived experience and self study. I also draw on my training and knowledge as a Licensed Master of Social Work and Trauma Trained therapist. I have additional training and expertise in the the nervous system, mindfulness, somatics and more.

I've spent the last 6 years working with some of the most elite athletes in the country. I find the majority of today's athletes are living with chronic nervous system dysregulation. This will impacts every aspect of an athlete's health, well being, performance and ability to build resilience.
