Team Mindfulness and Resiliency Training 

 

 

I partner with athletes, teams and sport organizations to provide Mindfulness and Resiliency Training

  

Team training helps to support Head Coaches and Coaching Staffs as they work to provide an optimal experience for their Student Athletes both on AND off the field. Together, we can help our athletes be more mindful and build resilience. My purpose with team training is: 

 

  • To POSITIVELY IMPACT the lives of all student athletes and coaches I  work with. 
  • To EDUCATE student athletes and coaches on mindfulness and resilience.
  • To SUPPORT athletes and coaches in gaining new insight and awareness around how they think, feel, behave and interact with the world around them. 
  • To EMPOWER student athletes and coaches to use their insight, mindfulness and resiliency learning to positively impact their day to day lives and sport performance. 

 

I am passionate about creating group spaces where ALL athletes and coaches feel like they belong regardless of how they identify and what lived experience they have been through.

Team Training

 

I combine both classroom style education around Mindfulness and Resiliency topics with on field integration sessions. Team Mindfulness Training can be done as :

  • Annual or In Season consulting  (in person or virtual)
  • In Person Mindfulness Intensive Training (2-3 days) 
  • In person or virtual workshops (one time)
