WAYS TO WORK with ME
skip to:
Individual Therapy for Former Athletes
Trauma-informed, body-centered therapy for former athletes navigating anxiety, perfectionism, emotional suppression, burnout, and the lasting impact of sport culture on mental health. This isn't talk therapy with a sports twist. This is therapy that actually gets to the root of what you've been carrying.
Athlete Resilience Program
A structured coaching program for current athletes, former athletes, and high-performing adults who know something deeper is going on.
This isn’t traditional mental performance coaching. It’s a mind-body approach that helps you optimize performance, build real resilience, and regulate the stress and pressure that come with it.
Speaking, Education & Consulting
Workshops, CEUs, team consultations, and educational resources for therapists, sport teams, coaches, and organizations. Real conversation and practical tools at the intersection of sport culture, trauma, and mental health, because awareness without action isn't enough.

INCLUSIVITY STATEMENT
I am a white, cisgender, heterosexual, able-bodied woman, and I recognize the privilege that comes with my identity. I live and work on the ancestral lands of the Susquehannock, Piscataway, and Lenape peoples, and I aim to hold awareness of that in how I move through my work and community.
My foundation as a therapist and coach is rooted in dignity, respect, and the belief that every person, regardless of identity or lived experience, is worthy of safety, belonging, and care.
I am committed to ongoing learning, reflection, and accountability in the areas of diversity, equity, inclusion, anti-racism, decolonization and trauma-informed care. This is an active, evolving process that shapes how I show up in my work. This commitment is especially important in sport and performance spaces, where many identities and lived experiences have historically been overlooked or excluded.
I strive to integrate the lived experiences and professional expertise of individuals from historically marginalized communities into my practice. As a trauma-informed, nervous system, and somatic practitioner, I also recognize that many of the foundations of this work are not original to me, and are rooted in longstanding cultural and healing traditions of Indigenous, African, Hindu and Buddhist peoples.
I am human and imperfect, and I know I may cause harm at times. When that happens, I am committed to taking responsibility, honoring impact, and engaging in repair. In my work, I aim to create inclusive, trauma-aware spaces that honor the full humanity of each person I work with.
